Skills for success
We use an assessment framework called ‘Skills for Success’ which provides a list of competencies we test during recruitment with a detailed description of each.
Competencies are core skills which are universal and not job-specific, they can be applied to a wide variety of positions and contexts.


Competencies vary based on the grade and seniority of the role and candidates are not tested on all, only those most relevant to the role – usually 4 in total.
